VIE Limited Warranty
The VIE herbal vaporizer (“Device”) comes with a limited one-time replacement warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship in the electronic components of the Device for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. The limited warranty is provided by Intrepid Brands, LLC d/b/a Acquitas Labs, 2465 Dogwood Way, Vista, CA 92081 USA.
This Limited Warranty is available to you provided that:
- You demonstrate that you are the original retail purchaser of the new Device purchased on our website or from an Authorized Retailer, as this warranty is non-transferable;
- The Device is used exclusively by you for its intended purpose under normal use and conditions in a manner consistent with the use indicated in the instruction manual accompanying the Device;
- The Device has not been abused, deconstructed, disassembled, modified or tampered with in any way;
- The Device has not been used with unapproved accessories including but not limited to incompatible chargers or power adapters, old or damaged batteries, and/or other accessories that can cause risk of damage to the device or personal injury, and;
- You are of legal age to purchase the Device as of the date of sale.
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes:
- The battery or accessories;
- Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage), normal degradation of performance over time;
- Accidental damage, or;
- Any consumable or disposable parts.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is a one-time replacement of the Device. To the extent allowed by law, no other express warranties exist and no implied warranties extend beyond the term of the Limited Warranty (one year).
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to particular countries, states or localities as restricted by law. You must pay any shipping costs for expedited shipping requested by you.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
In the event that your VIE device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow these instructions:
- Call our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-855-843-8431 during weekday business hours 8am-5pm (PST), excluding holidays. Please DO NOT ship your Device to us.
- Provide the serial number for the Device along with a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the Device.
- If your Device issues cannot be resolved by telephone, we will set up a time to videoconference with you via Skype to troubleshoot and verify your Limited Warranty request.
- If it is determined by us after videoconference with you that the Device is defective, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, we will provide you with a one-time replacement of the Device.
- All parcels are fulfilled and shipped with tracking confirmation for your convenience. You should expect to receive a replacement within 7-14 business days from the date that your Device was accepted under this Limited Warranty as a defective unit.
